 Shandong fuyuan track machinery co.,ltd was founded in 1998.We can cast and machining all kinds of components for autos and engineering machinery.Fuyuan track co.,ltd has been a modern company which has billions of fixed assets. With the ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949 Certificate we gained respectively in the year of 2004 and 2007 .Besides,we have got through the inspection of TS16949 in the year of 2008.From now on we began to join in the manufacture of auto parts .
Our plant was site on an area of 60,000 m2, there are more than 200 skilled workers, half of them are undergraduates who with strength in research and development.In order to improve the capability of machining and to satisfy the requirement of the internationalization,we spent over 30 million on advanced machining equipment which including over 30 sets machining center,80 sets CNC lathe and 100 sets other machineries,such as hobbing machine,grinding machine, Electric-spark CNC wire cutting machine,Medium frequency induction furnace,Drillers and Broachers.
There are more than 10 sets of inspect machine,including precision CMM,metallographical microscope and profile meter,etc.Excellence staffs and precision machine can meet high standard of the world.
We can manufacture more than 100 variety 300 specs in 30 series.Our main products are:project machinery parts,Auto parts,Construction machinery parts, pump parts ,hydraulic pressure cylinder parts and others components.All of products are exported . |
